I faced significant challenges with the keycard system during my stay. Getting locked out was frustrating, especially since there was no maintenance staff available to resolve issues promptly. The room itself showed signs of neglect, such as mould under the shower handle and a noisy air conditioning unit that disrupted my sleep.

My stay at Comfort Inn was delightful! The staff, especially Bilal, were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The room was clean with a comfortable bed and a lovely patio view, adding to the charm of my visit.

absolutley rediculous. there’s no lift and the rude staff just laugh about it instead of addressing it. and don’t get me started on the charging $250 for a deposit, with no explanation given. too bad, i was almost ready to give a good review—had I only experienced a shred of customer service, I couldve been convinced to stick around.

Comfortable Stay with Clean Rooms
I enjoyed my stay, especially the comfort of the beds and the cleanliness of the bathroom, which truly surprised me. The sliding glass doors to the patio added a lovely touch for enjoying the outdoors right from our room. One downside was that I wished for more dining options on-site or breakfast included.
